1. Creative Intern
We're looking for a happy camper that possesses artistic flair and is both enthusiastic and passionate in branding, graphic design, layout and photo-editing.
The successful candidate should be familiar with the Her Velvet Vase aesthetic, possess a remarkable eye for colour thematics and detail and exhibit openness in translating the brand story through sleek and elegant graphic design.
Job Scope:
- Possess a clear understanding of the HVV brand and aesthetic
- Edit photoshoot and collection images
- Assist with basic videography and video editing
- Conceptualise and develop graphics and illustrations across various online and offline channels to support our marketing campaigns
- Assist with creative digital content and curate bi-weekly eDMs and promotions
- Assist with moodboard and collection planning
Requirements:
- Background in graphic design and branding
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Aesthetics and style that is synonymous with the HVV brand
- Knowledge in preparing artwork for print
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 3 month commitment

2. Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
We're looking for a candid, positive and artistic candidate with grit, motivation and a flair for branding and creative design.
The successful candidate should be highly familiar with the hervelvetvase aesthetic, possess a remarkable eye for color thematics and detail and exhibit openness in translating the brand story through sleek and elegant imagery and design.
Duties include branding, graphic design, editing, simple photography and videography as well as producing creative content across our website, digital platforms and social media channels.
You should expect to work closely with both internal and external creative and marketing teams to ensure that all initiatives are synonymous to the hervelvetvase brand, to be comfortable with seamlessly translating our brand story into creative content and be geared towards building and executing refreshing ideas frequently.
Job Scope:
- Ensure the hervelvetvase experience is synonymous with our mission to Create Memories and Celebrate Milestones
- Build HVV's overall creative direction and brand strategy
- Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns
- Content creation and graphic design including banners, posters, eDMs, social media templates and branding merchandise
- Plan, style and assist with indoor and outdoor fashion and product and flatlay photography
- Collaborate with external photographers and creative team for seasonal campaigns
- Assist with set styling, location planning and prop sourcing
- Assist with behind the scenes videography
Requirements:
- A hervelvetvase ambassador and strong advocate of the brand

- Is genuine, positive, creative, has a keen eye for detail and resilient

3. Retail Executive (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a happy, motivated and intuitive individual that possesses genuine passion in communicating, sharing and treating our customers to a thoughtful and seamless shopping experience that is strongly synonymous with our mission to Create Memories and Celebrate Milestones.
The successful candidate should be observant, inquisitive, resilient and excited at the prospect of spearheading the transition of hervelvetvase as an online brand to an offline experience.
Duties include handling sales, assisting with operations, inventory, translating customer preferences as well as visual merchandising.
Job Scope:
- Ensure the hervelvetvase experience is synonymous with our mission to Create Memories and Celebrate Milestones
- Provide thoughtful customer experience and assist customers with styles, color and fit based on their preferences
- Facilitate a seamless online and offline shopping experience
- Handle daily sales, operations, inventory and stock replenishment
- Monitor, analyse and interpret daily sales, product performance and customer preferences
- Visual merchandising
- Plan monthly retail roster
- Manage customer enquiries and expectations
- Work together with marketing team to launch campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
